These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Hudei application and website hudei.co ("Service"), operated by Hudei Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Hudei. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
Hudei is offered as a recurring subscription service. Available plans include a $0.99 trial (converts to $9.99/week), a $9.99 weekly plan, and a $19.99 monthly plan. An optional Support Assistance add-on is available at $1.99/month. All charges are processed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method at each renewal date until you cancel.
The $0.99 trial gives you full access for 7 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the weekly plan at $9.99/week. No refund is available for the $0.99 trial charge once accessed.
Cancel at any time via the cancellation page or by emailing support@hudei.co. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued unless covered by our Refund Policy.

Hudei provides general nutrition information for personal guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dietetic advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition.
All content, features, and technology in Hudei are the property of Hudei Ltd. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hudei Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice by email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
