Refund Policy

1. Digital Service Notice

Hudei is a fully digital subscription service. All plans grant immediate access to digital content and tools. Refunds are handled as described below.

2. Trial Charge

The $0.99 trial charge is non-refundable once you have accessed the service. It covers your first 7 days of full access. If you cancel before day 7, no further charges will be made.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid weekly or monthly subscription (after the trial period), you may request a full refund. To qualify:

• The request must be submitted within 7 days of the first paid charge
• This applies to your first billing period only — not to renewals

4. Renewal Charges

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you forgot to cancel, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge. We may issue a refund at our discretion if the account was unused since renewal.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• The $0.99 trial charge
• Requests submitted more than 7 days after the charge
• Renewal charges after the first billing period (except exceptional circumstances)
• Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
• Support Assistance add-on charges

6. How to Request

Email support@hudei.co with subject "Refund Request". Include your registered email and the charge date. We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
